le agradesco ya por la ayuda que me puedan dar. tengo una kyocera que me indica caja de toner casi llena ya limpie el desecho pero necesito la simulacion para poder borrar el mensaje.pero la maquina se pone lista a copiar pero el mensaje siempre sale alguien que pueda ayudarme muchas gracias. o alguien que me pueda facilitar el manual tecnico le estare muy agradecido.

se ingresa con stop/clear + print + tecla exp.izq. matener presionadas en ese orden + stop/clear. Lo que no me acuerdo con cual codigo se elimina. suerte

Colegas ya se pudo ingresar a simulacion se borro todos los contadores pero persiste el problema agradeceria mucho la ayuda. la unidad de imagen es nueva y el toner tambien es nuevo
