quisiera saber paso a paso como cambiar el tambor de mi copiadora konika minolta bizhub20 ya que en una pagina de internet leí que dándole un servicio se puede volver a usar y quedar como nuevo ya que en mi display aparece el mensaje de "sustituir piezas tambor" no soy tecnico y quisiera hacerlo yo mismo gracias.....
