Voltage Regulator with noise

Hello good afternoon friends, I have a PCG-1000 Omega voltage regulator that for some time now has been making a rather persistent noise something like this (rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr) many times I have to turn it off and on after a while and it was removed, lately it has been since I turn it on. I uncovered it to rule out any visible damage or overheating and I saw no signs of warming at least higher than the nominal since these devices always produce heat. It has no swollen capacitors or anything. Last night I saw a video on youtube of a Lord who changed the power switch and supposedly the noise was removed. I was going to proceed with that until I noticed that one of the Reles looks somewhat deformed and I don't know if it will come this way (since I have seen them so new) or that it is deforming by breakdown. Here I leave a photo for you to see. What do you think? Is the suiche true or would it be good to replace both the suiche and the relay? 20170707_135353.jpg [239.64kb] 20170707_135429.jpg [253.63kb]

Cordial greetings friend Omaralbis, in the photo you send it is noted that the relay cover is deformed and this is due to overheating in that sector that is the load, it could be due to false contact in the contacts of the relay stage or in its The moment the load passed, I mean you connected something there of greater consumption, the ideal is that you change it, referring to the noise you do not specify as it is, if it is like a constant click or it is an assortment like the one that produces an engine, if it is like a constant click if it can be the ignition switch that has lost its contact and it is best to change it, becoming like a assortment it can be the transformer coils that most of the times over time these loosen and produce vibration by the same magnetic influence that the transformer produces, here what it touches is to adjust it with dielectric varnish, this is done by a person who knows of transformer windings, a test that you can do and being very careful is to open it and observe where this noise comes from, or touch the transformer being careful to be isolated and dry, that is, your person and be careful not to touch any live contact when doing so, if you have knowledge as such you can proceed to do this test, if not You don't have to look for qualified personnel to do it, good luck friend in this review. regards
