Doubts of the 13007T of a PC source

You have a PC source that has a 13007T part with strange values. I got the datasheet and the same a high voltage NPN transistor .. I placed the base-emitter and base-collector tips, between them measured 0.180v without depending on the polarity ... Now, that transistor is measured the same to others it is my question if it is so then it is damaged ... regards

Hello Mario. When obtaining such a low voltage drop value in both direct and reverse polarization as mentioned, you will undoubtedly have to replace it. If you have any doubts, I confirm that you must carry out the measurements of both joints like any bipolar transistor.
