Good guys in a circuit I found a mosfet channel N, I do not have the features or any info I upload a screenshot (my partner calculated to put a mosfet channel N 30 volts 1 amp) and the idea is to replace it with another mosfet I found in an electronic house here in Salta, I also upload the characteristic of it Question seeing the image of each Podre make replacement? Capture mosfet.PNG [85.43kb] Circuit Q14.PNG [111.63kb] IMG_2557.JPG [3.18MB] this image corresponds to the original mosfet I should find or replace and with the code in it I can not find any data, maybe you who have more knowledge could help me with the features? I appreciate your help, regards.

An inversion of polarity would cause the destruction of the zener and would saturate the mosfet with which the line of 15 volts would obviously discharge the DS current that would support the mosfet would be destroyed so this circuit serves to protect the 3.3 and 5 volt lines against polarity inversion and prevents the voltage of 15 volts from entering deeper into the circuit. Unfortunately, here we don't know the value of the internal damper due to the destruction of the original and it is the greatest uncertainty due to the value of 1.6A. I would have to analyze the amperage of the circuit. The forward value of the damper at 1 volt is fine, I would adopt this mosfet I think so. because if it exceeds 5.3A it is destroyed.

DTC144EUA npn dtr 50V 30mA 47K + 47K encapsulated SC70.
The previous discontinued encapsulation was SC70 but that code was taken out of circulation because it also references another component.
The data is: http://datasheet.octopart.com/DTC144EKAT146-Rohm-datasheet-12543945.pdf
