Most likely, everything started at the general source, or it was a network overload.
Remove the cap from the general source and see how the capacitors are there, if they are also
"Inflated" you will have to first fix any problem in that source or change it.
Similarly it is recommended that you verify its proper functioning.
Secondly, you can replace those capacitors with the ones you say, check everything well
the mother so you do not "escape" some others affected away from the micro!
The lower value of uF would only weigh in operations under extreme micro loads.
Regarding the video, it should be solved with this, if in spite of everything you are still without video
