Each type of integrated is specifically verified by mounting it on a protoboard and feeding it with its working voltage to put signals through its inputs and measure the response at the output. In your case as they are optional amplifiers you have to feed them with dual voltage and put an analog signal in the inputs or mount a voltage comparator with each operational to see the threshold response that the circuit has.
