Electric circuit for submersible and floating pump

Good morning, I would like to make an electric or electronic circuit to activate the submersible pump without feeding the water tank, I currently have a submersible pump 70 meters deep, an elevated tank tank, a floating interspersed to one of the three Pump cables and a board with a switch and a capacitor that belongs to the pump and is the one that turns the pump on and off. The pump is currently turned on when it detects a drop in the water level of the tank through the float. What I want is with a three-way wrench to cut off the water supply to the tank to enable an external hose and at the same time cut the electrical circuit to the float so that the pump is activated regardless of what the water level and float indicates. I will thank you in advance for the help you can give me. Best regards Jorge

Only with a switch bypassing the float, the contacts that mark that the tank is low in level would be sufficient. Of course, the water would also rise to the tank, like this one, a matter of placing a stopcock in the tank pipe.

Place the three-way key and then as directed. as you punctuated me in negative do not trust. But I am not mistaken.
