Hello:
Polyester type capacitors can be said that due to their construction they have a lot of inductance, so they are rarely used in RF circuits. Are you sure they are original components of the amplifier?

If friend is from a local transmitter that I have working and now I have a problem that has lowered a little power and the output transistors have a little more temperature and I see that those capacitors are well reheated with rare colors so I need to change them.
