High temperature relay

Good Morning: I have a waterproof case, inside which temperatures of 70-80 ºC are reached. I need to open 3 independent circuits when the temperature exceeds 80 ° C, closing them again when it drops below 80 ° C. For which, I have thought of using a rearmable bimetallic thermostat to which a relay that opens the 3 circuits (100-500 mA) is connected. The problem is, I can't find a relay that supports these working temperatures. Any solution, which can be controlled by a thermostat, and support 80 - 100 ºC is valid for me. (relay, ciruit breaker, switch, etc). Thanks in advance, regards.

Is it necessary for the control part to be inside the oven?

Good morning, Julio Cesar. First of all, thanks for responding.
The ideal solution is that the control is inside the oven. But if I don't find another solution, I will have to take it outside, thus solving the problem. Thanks for the idea!!
Greetings

When it is really necessary to place the control inside, a metal box is made which shields its walls at the temperature so that it does not affect the electrical circuitry.

Okay. I understand that the walls of the box are shielded internally, to insulate it, how is it done? I do not know if they sell boxes of this type, can you provide me with any reference or thread to throw? Thanks in advance.

... are two boxes one smaller than the other and between one box and the other carries fiber than is used in ovens, looking for these boxes already made would not, it would be easier to send them to do with a blacksmith who has a small bender ...

Now I understand. I am considering the option of replacing the control I had in mind (thermostat + relay), with resettable thermal fuses.
Do you know anything about this subject?

... resettable thermal fuses, it sounds to me to put my hand to work again after having opened, which I do not think, bimetallic switches seem to me the option, they have graduation for the adjustment of cut ...

I also offer more confidence bimetallic switches (thermostats), and as I need to open several circuits, I will use a relay. To see if it can stand the temperature, I will have to do tests. Take it out of the box, etc. Thank you for your contributions, ideas, and interest.
