Hello, I have two diodes of 6a10 and I read that putting them in parallel increases the amperage, right?

What happens is that the current is distributed. It does not circulate more current

Ok, thanks for answering but I consult you, being united in parallel at the end of the two diodes how does the current come out if I have both 6th?

When having 2 diodes, suppose your load consumes 6a, well, having 2 diodes in parallel, the current will take 2 paths, which, in this example will be 3a on each diode, if you add another one it will be 2nd on each diode and so on...

As is, the current will have two paths ...

It is not advisable to parallel different diodes. but several equal diodes can be set and that way the total amperage will be the sum of all of them.

I always wonder. Why is the symbolic language provided by electrotechnology and electronics not used here to represent the operation of CIRCUITS? . This is very beneficial and healthy for everything and everyone. This problem, for example, can be explained by Kirchhoff's first law, - nodes-, "incoming currents to the node equal to outgoing or reverse current". Eg if the generator is 4 [A] and the current passes through two equal diodes in parallel it is silly to think that there will be 8 [A] on the other side.

Technical explanations are only useful for those who have the appropriate knowledge to understand them, but it is also difficult to explain without technical terms. The truth is that I agree with the different opinions presented on the subject is not easy if it is seen from different perspectives.

Dear colleague JUITE, you are right but I want to make an observation, if the consultant does not know the most basic about electricity as is the case, I do not think it is judicious to make him dizzy with theoretical foundations that will only confuse him.
