Hello YOREPARO community, I turn to your experience for the following: I am an electronics technician and an ALEBA brand inverter welder has entered my workshop, it had the problem that the clamp has been released at the rectifier diodes that are placed at the exit clamping that secures the diodes to the aluminum heatsink; moving away from them and raising temperature, with the result of having burned a couple of diodes. The model of the diodes is STTH60RL03CW . It is a TO-247 package. I have found out the suppliers of spare parts and none gets it. And I couldn't find the datasheet of that exact model. From what I have been able to find out are high recovery and high current diodes (I assume it has to be around 100 A).
My query is as follows: Does anyone have the datasheet of that diode? Or some direct replacement of it?
I would appreciate any information, thank you very much.
Regards
