Could you move from 19v 2.65a to 12v 4a?

Good afternoon sirs I need to recycle a TV power supply with an output of 19v 2.65a, pass it to 12v 5a, I was told that with some components I could, but although I have manual skills I do not have much knowledge of electronics. Recycle a 32 "lg screen from a Grundig and I bought an Aliexpress controller card passing the features to the manufacturer, I bought an iverter compatible with that plate and I want to use the original TV source to feed everything since it has power to the inverter and 19v 2.65a I want to convert. For the inverter to work I know that you have to connect to the main that I bought to activate it when the card is turned on. The subject is that with a source of 12v 2ª I have the probe and everything works, but the backlight flashes a bit and as I was told it could be due to the lack of power given by the source I am using. Many thanks for your advice The source I have to recycle is a ZGN194-03 from a grundig that fed a main VKT190R-4, the latter burned and did not compensate me to buy replacement. source.jpg [301.24kb] aHR0cDovL2Nkbi55b3JlcGFyby5jb20vdXBsb2Fkcy9kZWZhdWx0LzAwMDEvMTcvcHJpbWFyaW8tNDM3MDcuanBn] primario.jpg [338.65kb] [url=/ver-adjunto/aHR0cDovL2Nkbi55b3JlcGFyby5jb20vdXBsb2Fkcy9kZWZhdWx0LzAwMDEvMTcvc2VjdW5kYXJpby00NjQzMi5qcGc=] secundario.jpg [308.60kb] I already found how to upload them. a greeting

The photos look great. What I was told about altering the winding of the transformer does not seem a good idea for several reasons.
1º being a switched source has a feedback control that keeps the voltage always stable in the voltage for which it is designed.
2º the ternsformador has nucleus of ferrite and if it manipulates it is broken.
3rd change the winding is extremely delicate because the whole is sealed with glue and resisna.
The best option is to manufacture a converter from 19 volts to 12v.

Good José Miguel
Thank you very much for the reply.
Do you have a diagram that you can use to create one? or how do you advise me to make it?

What he pretends is not viable for the simple reason that he violates the laws of thermodynamics. You can not take more Watts out of a device than you initially have. 19V X 2.65A = 50.35W 12V X 5A = 60W In these two equations we see clearly. If we could pull 60W from a source that has 50W we would have the greatest invention of the entire millennium. The most comfortable option is to find a PC power supply and use it for 12 volts.

... logically would have to change some things, like rectifiers, make a modification to the regulator ...

The possible way would be to place a wire a little thicker in the secondary and fewer turns, this amount will be the number of turns currently has the transformer, if you could see what kind of source it could say something more.

Thank you very much José Miguel and Julio Cesar for answering me
I have photos of the source, primary and secondary, although they are not with a reflex camera, they let themselves be seen. How can I raise them so that you can see them?
Any mail account or here can it be somehow?
a greeting

I lean more to modify the transformer than to do a converter of 19 to 12 with respect to the voltage of 19 that maintains the source, it is a question of modifying the reference and to disarm the transformer, I have done applying heat with the heat gun, that softens the stick and allows to disarm without damaging anything, about the amount of laps required in the new winding is known only by counting the laps it currently has.
