Good morning everyone, the problem I have with this driver is that it does not turn on. I did a check to see if I had any damaged component physically, I did not physically find something abnormal connect it to the current to measure voltages and the capacitors carrying 2200mf - 450v one of them was low in voltage one had 360 volts and the other only 160 volts these capacitors are in series. and when measuring the two series I only had 420 volts and it would have to have 600 volts of direct current, I kept searching and I find a resistance that goes in series with another (they are BPC resistors), with bpc 5 563k license plate, the question is can I replace it with a plaster strength of 56k at 5 watts or not. I thank the colleagues who can help me. and I wait for an answer soon.
