Good day. I have an EXCELINE GSM-RE-220 M voltage protector changes to green light very fast, just in 4 seconds it does. This model does not have a knob for setting the connection time, it comes pre-set at the factory with 3 minutes. What could cause it to switch to green in just 4 seconds?
