Reemplazar diodo mur440

cordial saludo. mi etapa de potencia qsc plx 2502. voló un transistor q96 según su esquemático: irg4pc50u y el diodo d71: mur440. he buscado este último pero no lo consigo por acá. puedo reemplazarlo por un mur460?. acepto regaños y sugerencias de todo tipo. gracias de antemano.

le adjunto los Datasheet de ambos Diodos y del Transistor mencionados y Diagrama de Servicio de equipo según modelo mencionado
espero le sea útil información
respecto a su consulta por Diodos si puede usar como reemplazo ya que su voltaje de trabajo es de 600V y original es de 400V
Ademas le adjunto un Link con los posibles reemplazos de Transistor a usar
