Hello friends; I am looking for the control software of the Eprom Memory Recorder GME brand of Intelektron (Industry Argentina) that other foristas got in this same forum at least 8 years ago. I have the original equipment that is from 1993. The board is in an ISA slot of my old PC, but the 5, 1/4 "floppy disk, which is on a 1.2 MB floppy disk drive, is not delivering data (the floppy disk is will have deteriorated over the years). Due to problems with the forum's photo system (I don't understand it) I leave the link so you can see that I have the whole team and know it. Thanks "ricbevi". The 130 Mb ZIP drops correctly but both Internet Explorer and Gmail block it when you want to copy it to a folder. They say that it brings a virus called Nestha.A that when executed it replicates in all the files.EXE infecting the PC. It is identified because when the PC is scanned, an SVCHOST.COM file appears, a name given to it so that people confuse it with the real SVCHOST.EXE. I keep trying to copy it by changing the extension, but even with .TXT it lasts a few seconds before the antivirus cancels it, making it disappear from the file list.



The copy was blocked by the antivirus of the PC although it was reported by the browsers who downloaded it. I canceled it and copied the files in up to 5 pendrives. BE CAREFUL but here are DOS files, I was wrong to mention MBytes. The ZIP package files are: GME.BAK of 131 kB (it appears to be a renowned copy of the GME.ZIP), GME.CFG of 1 kB, GME.DIP of 9kB, GME.EXE of 172 kB the control program, GMEC. BAK 1kB (renamed GME.CFG) and GMED.BAK 9 KB (renamed GME.DIP). I thank "ricbevi" again for supplying me with the requested software and I hope to solve the virus warning.



For "ricbevi" YES !!! Your previous ZIP was 131 kB and the one you uploaded now is only 107 kB. The virus was already on the server of the first shipment. Note that when I unzipped the first one, he gave me a GME.EXE of 172 kBytes and when I passed the Neshta disinfectant AVG from the web, he left it at 131 kBytes as the GME.BAK. I think I'm on track. It remains to be seen where they were added from 172 kB (with virus) -131 kB (without virus) = 41 kBytes of the virus - OTHER :. Lucky that the first ZIP I have copies in several pendrives to analyze. THANK YOU THOUSAND "ricbevi"
