Hello : I have designed a circuit to check the fuse status of a car with two CD4012 gates and the outputs of these connected to a CD4072. The circuit works well now one of the Cd4012 gates is burning me often and I do not know why it can be. Attached is a summary outline of how I did it. Thank you very much

You have to do the complete scheme, you can not guess what you did ..
Something you may not have considered.
Is not it better to test them with the multimeter .. ??



And that you have connected to that gate? it can be an inductive circuit that generates higher peak voltage and ruins the gate. Probe to put an electrolytic capacitor that eliminates the peaks. chose its value experimentally.
