I have the idea (that you will already tell me a sinister viable) to make a power supply with a dichroic transformer (or two), of which they weigh, not the switching source electronics. The idea is to rectify and filter, to attack a step down circuit of those Chinese (I leave link below) and thus be able to regulate the output. And in that filtering is where the doubt sdurge me: What condenser / s to put and the need or not tmb of an R ???? I find the necessary calculations, but always according to a constant load. And this would take a V and I variables. That is to say different charges at different voltages according to the occasion. How can I calculate the most appropriate value for the CR filter? It would take a 10A bridge, to go over the 4A that those Transfor take out. And enter the circuit with those 12v (or 24) cc and filtered. https://www.ebay.es/i/152334226905?chn=ps&norover=1&mkevt=1&mkrid=1185-146825-5486-0&mkcid=2&itemid=152334226905&targetid=491779963415&device=t&mktype=pla&goappampad=16&r=====# 491779963415 & abcId = 1139526 & merchantid = 116395509 & gclid = EAIaIQobChMI5ZbBs_Xx5QIVVIjVCh2W-gtEEAQYAiABEgJU5fD_BwE

Generally when things like this are considered in electronics, it is calculated for the worst case scenario, that is, the greatest voltage and the greatest current are taken and it is calculated according to which ripple is "acceptable" at the exit taking into account the type of grinding ( half wave, full wave) and the frequency of the network to which the provider transformer is connected. After all this for 12Vdc and 1A, I will use around 1000uF at 50Hz of line and 100Hz of the rectifier. If it has 4A, with a capacitor of 4700uF (at 25Vdc of insulation in your case that only reaches 16V at the output of the diodes) it will work unless you need very low curly thing that I doubt about how those plates work.
