Hello Goodnight.
I have the following doubt, to see if you can solve it for me
When changing an electrolytic capacitor and if you don't have an equal one, what can we do?
1- Put same capacitance and different voltage?
2- put same voltage and different capacitance?
I have always had that doubt and I do not find anyone who clarifies it to me ,,, I have a colleague who is dedicated to fix all kinds of electronic devices and tells me that he can be given more capacitance while always respecting the voltage.
But then I search the internet and they say that we must always respect the capacitance and the voltage can be higher, so I don't know who to listen to.
Right now I have one of 470uf at 10V that is broken, can I replace it with one of 470uf at 16V?

Thank you very much, greetings
