Hi. These diagrams or effects are made with a PIC. This is programmed and achieves the effects you need. You can use some kind of sequencer with a couple of common integrated. On the network you will find hundreds of circuits. Regards

I suggest you buy it since those of Asian origin come under a drop of plastic. They have the LEDs connected by cables and little else. Regards. Ric.

Hello if you want this to be your weekend electronics project. I recommend the integrated 555 you will find tons of videos and diagrams on the Internet. You have to download the data of this .protoboard in between and enjoy. The possibilities that a simple 555 gives you are immense.
