hello I have an old nokia charger is small I wonder what component I have to remove it to be able to link it with my 6v solar panel (and obviously hahaha solar cell phone) I want to use the charger circuit to maintain the amperage to avoid damaging my cell phone you know if it is not possible tell me what elements I can remove to the circuit to reuse them "make a separate circuit" join it to the solar panel so that it is safe since I do not want to damage the cell phone (diodes and that) MORE THAN ANYTHING MEES WHERE TO CONNECT THE PANEL (THE USB FEMALE IS EASY) Thank you very much in advance here images https://ibb.co/jOfU8T https://ibb.co/iJP0F8 I WOULD LIKE TO EXPLAIN ANSWERS AS I AM NOT VERY UNDERSTOOD

This is my opinion: The short answer is that that is of no use to you or that you will have to reform so much that it is not justified. In any case, it would occur to me to try to connect the panel to the USB by means of a diode in series (the arrow of the diode towards the cell phone) of those that has the thickest charger. If it were a 12V panel you put one of the chargers that is already made to charge it from a lighter connection of the vehicle. Regards. Ric. -------------------------------------------------- -------------------------------------------------- ------ The panel is 6Vdc at the output and the 7805 needs at least 7-8Vdc at its input to work regulating 5Vdc at the output according to the manufacturer.

Simply use a fixed 5 volt regulator you feed it with the solar cell or battery and the output will already charge the phone, the 7805 accepts input of about 30 volts and output of 5 volts 1 amp

I would recommend a 7805 as others tell you ... only that there is a small detail that must be taken into account. You said you want to use a 6v solar panel to charge your cell .. here your headache starts the lm7805 has a voltage drop of 2 volts. I mean to charge your 5v cell plus what your minimum regulator consumes you have to have 7v. 1volt more than what your panel delivers. So your solution is an lm2940 that delivers you the 5v and has a consumption or voltage drop of just 500mv. I hope you serve the aid.
