Hello everyone, I will thank anyone who guides me with a replacement of the smd bc847c trnasistor. I need to put one that supports more voltages and current. I have the data sheet but I can't find which one to put. This is an af amplifier. regards

Hello, in SOT-23 capsule there are many, here are a few: MMBTA43 (200v 200mA 50Mhz), MMBTA42 (300v 500mA 60Mhz), MMBTA06 (80v 500mA 200Mhz), MMBT5551 (160v 600mA 300Mhz), MMBT100 (75v 500mA 250Mhz) but keep in mind the power, this capsule supports about 200mW
