Good I have a source of lcd tv that burned the mofet transistors and the ic L6599AD. He went to the store and they sold me the L6599D. My question is whether they are equivalent or could be replaced because they look for the data sheets and change some things, but very little difference. I say it because I mount it and the source does not send the 24 vol which is who makes the illumination of the screen. And this is the component associated with the oscillation. The mofet also changed them for a different one, I had the MDF9N50 and I placed the FCPF11N60T. If someone could tell me what point I should check ..

The L6599AD is the improved version and replacement of the L6599D already discontinued by ST. Being in this case an inverse substitution, it can be assumed a priori that it could be An acceptable replacement.

Yes, checking was the power in the short that had had the resistance was devalued, but change it and when connected it turned on with its voltage. But mounting it on the TV's screen lighting only made one flash. Check and this coponent was short again, the L6599, want the pin that feeds it connect again to see if there was anything else damaged and burned my mofet to shrink them.
