Hello good day, I'm looking for a replacement for the UM3561 I need it to make a siren to detect smoke, since said microcontroller can not find it, I would appreciate if you know of any replacement please

That intergrad has no equivalent. You will have to choose to mount a different siren that has the desired shades. There are countless schemes of exponential sirens of various shades and cadence such as; FIREFIGHTERS, AMBULANCE, ITALIAN POLICE, FRENCH POLICE, AMERICAN POLICE, ETC. I have schemes of many of that high-loud sirens, If you are interested in any one in particular I can provide you with a scheme of it.
