Good morning, checking the TV that did not turn on I find the cold voltages are not, only the 128 volts of the collector finding the transitort (d2429) in short between base and transmitter. I change it and when turning it on it appears the voltages with their values in half real and oscillating discarding elements I find that when I remove the cathode ray socker the voltages are restored to their normal values (170v, -13.5v and 15v). What could be the problem ? Thank you
