Hi Mauro, when you have a letter R at the beginning (R22 is 0.22Ω), a letter R interleaved (4R7 is 4.7Ω). And 5 (W) watts is the maximum power that can dissipate ....... If you are going to buy them, buy it according to the ohms and watts, it would be 0.22oHm and 5 watts ... I hope the info serves you and don't forget to rate ...
