Matsushita turntable fluctuates speed

Greetings to all. I have a 1979 Matsushita FX 201 QR plate mounted on a recently purchased schneider SL 7030 P. It is of direct traction and has pitch variation (I think it is the model that first incorporates it). Work fine after cleaning and greasing mechanisms. The problem is that it randomly has speed variations. Sometimes it reproduces without alterations and in others they appear. Already try to clean the pitch potentiometer. If anyone has any suggestions ... thank you very much.

Hello, change the electrolytic of the control board, also check if the supply voltage is correct, regards

I'm going to take someone to check it out. The pitch is ruled out. I cancel the quartz and still give sporadic small accelerations. If we reach any conclusion, I report.

but you have a lot of practice is the advisable thing, many times these engines are step by step, controlled by a Ci and the frequency by a crystal, it could be just that a tip of some motor winding is badly welded, the welding should be retouched, to start, then check if you have a speed change key can have internal dirt in that case use a limo contact or try with WD´-40 greetings and luck

What intrigues me most is that the small accelerations are totally random, the same is all afternoon without jumping and sometimes soon after. It looks like a contact of some kind that now does not.

x leads band in the pich? or wear a rubber wheel, if you wear a band I suggest a change. If it is a wheel, you can try this trick, below the plate, just where the rubber wheel rests, put a lap of maskingtape tape. (masking) that generates a rough surface and it is enough that it no longer skates the wheel, it also sands said wheel to remove the glaze from its support surface ... it adjusts the engine speed again and I hope that it no longer fails greetings and comments

Hello Martin. The pitch is not wheel, it has a horizontal bar. I guess that's what you call band. Another comment they made to me tells me that it must be directly engine failure.

GREETINGS if it can be, if you get it, change it. some engines can be uncovered and served internally, I don't know if it's one of those comments

Hi. Under the plate only the axis appears and below it is covered with a printed circuit board. I will insist a little more on the pitch to see. I didn't want to change anything before making sure. At first I did not know anything about schneider but when I discovered the dish inside, I fell in love. It is a heavy equipment mounted on suspension. I would like as a project to install it on a wooden base, I think it would be fantastic.

Hello everyone. After approaching my device to a technician and commenting on the subject I was advised to change the linear potentiometer that the device brings to eliminate possibilities, and since it would be impossible to find the original to adapt some of another type and so on. Given the condition of the device (it is a matsushita before the foundation of technics, mounting mechanism and arm in suspension inside the body. For me a jewel) I wanted to keep it all original and I brought it back home. I opened it again and this time I saw that the welds of two of the cables coming from the pitch on the motor control board had some dirt or calcined between them and would probably make some contact because after cleaning them well and isolating each one I went back to assemble the equipment and the problem did not appear again. With everything else in perfect condition in an apparatus of almost forty years I am more than happy. Thank you very much for your interest.
