Hello good morning, I have an old radio brand IBERA A-71, one of the intermediate frequency coils has been broken, (the upper adjustment part). Anyone know where I could find coils of this type? Thank you

you could repair it, the adjustment is usually with trimers and they are changeable, if the coil is insurmountable you can place any of another radio even of much smaller size, you can even place it inside the original to save the aesthetics of the radio, you can get some in any repair or restoration house of antiques, greetings

If the voltages are fine, it is almost certain that the IF coil is not adjusted to the frequency of 472 KHZ, and then the IF signal does not pass, and therefore the audio signal, which comes along with the IF carrier .


