Transformer 220V to 110V to charge Welch Allyn 72300 3.5 battery

Hello everyone, I have a doubt, I have a Welch Allyn ophthalmoscope that works with a 72300 3.5V battery. The handle that works as a charger when connected to the wall socket has specifications 110V - 60Hz. I moved to a country where the current is 220V and I am looking for a transformer to be able to charge the battery and thus use the equipment. Are the watts provided by the transformer? I found one of 26 Watts but I don't know if it will be used to charge the battery. The ophthalmoscope is manual, not wall. Thanks for any help !!! Sady

If the 220 110 converter works perfectly, it has to give 3.5 volts at 2.52 watts and you have one of 26 watts, so there's plenty of power and it's going well.
