The most frequent fault to this that you comment is on the same card or plate where the motors are connected, there are two 15Kohm resistors, they look great they are large, one in series with the voltage of the drive motor and another for the extraction. You have to change them, you will have a cut, the engine that does not go. Change both, as the other will burn soon. For going fast or removing the plate, I cut the burnt resistance leaving the pins, and I pay the new one to those pins, only we have to work looking up.
