hello colleagues, checking a cradle I realized that when connected to the electric current of 120 vac, it emitted an alarm that said main heater fails, but when disconnecting it from the mains and keeping it only with the battery, the heater indicator began to go up and this began to warm well without any alarm, I hope you can help me, thanks
