Washer philco ph 7800 loses much water when spinning

Dear, I have a philco ph 7800 washing machine that at the time of centrifuging loses a lot of water underneath, apparently when it depletes, and despite draining almost all the water load, it does not get to drain all the water and at the moment of centrifuging, a lot of water comes out for some side, when you open the lid, there is no water in the drum, but when you close it, before returning to the spinning, it depletes a lot of water and then centrifuges normally, does not give any error at any time, the filter is clean. Anybody knows what could be the problem? Thank you

Estimated, there may be some partial obstruction in the discharge circuit and that causes it to start spinning with much water inside and part of it is fired out when spinning. regards

Friend, something difficult to get what you ask, but I explain how to do the job, just remove the back cover of the washing machine and you will see the discharge pump connected to the corrugated hose, continuing towards the drum by the hose, I think this model comes with a retention stop that works with the centrifugal motor drain, it is a question of removing jars and see if it is free of obstructions. I do not know what filter to refer to since this washing machine does not have it in its discharge circuit. See this link to see if it helps. regards http://yoreparo.com/electrodomesticos/lavadoras/philco/preguntas/1435476/problema-de-desagote-en-lavarropas-philco-ph-7800

yes, I had read the other thread, I was referring to the water inlet filter and the one on the side of the drum, tomorrow I'm going to try to remove the lid and find the problem, then I'll tell you, thank you very much

Well maybe the obstruction is at the level of the tank, above the drain hose, for this reason the recommendation to remove hoses to do a more thorough investigation. regards

I could not disarm the drain pump, I opened the back, I could not find any obstruction. Could it be that air has been left to the centrifuge pump at some point? before the washing machine gave error 1 because it had plugged the water inlet filter, I cleaned it, but the tap was very open and began to lose already with the first wash. Dear, the water discharge of this washing machine is formed by the discharge valve that is activated with the Drain Motor and the pump of drainage. regards

The pump activates correctly, but does not finish emptying all the water, then at the time of centrifuging the overflow

Dear, these washing machines are apt to work with the hose at level of the floor, that is why they bring valve of drainage. If there is water loss when the low hose is used, it is a sign that the valve is defective. regards

Is that if I put the hose at floor level, the water will not get to drain x the grid and it will flood everything, I did a couple of washes the weekend and did not lose any water

Estimated, if I perform several washings and no water loss occurred, maybe there was some partial blockage that went through the discharge pipe. regards
