I write from Argentina. My boiler Baxi ECO 240 Fi began, a fortnight ago, to give a defect in heating, forcing it to reset, and entering again in alarm (red led). Checking I could find that the microswich, or microinterrer that drives the hot water, did not work, and was always in a position. I made the change, and the boiler started to run normally. After a little more than a week, another problem began, which is the present, in hot water, turns on, and quickly turns off the burner, turning it back on and off. Every time I wanted to turn it off, it makes a strange noise, previous. After several times there it is on for a few minutes, and then goes out again. And in heating, it ignites the burner, and it goes off entering into error. The boiler has an electronic board, which on the back side says Honeywell, and on the side of the components, says CE0051AU1699, TYPE ECONOT00, CD 56.5389.1. I made a test by removing the inner lid, which makes it tight to the hearth, and although it fails a couple of times it is left with hot water on. It seems that when everything is armed, the noise before it goes out, it is like I did not ionize the electrode well, and try to cut the gas valve until it succeeds. But I'm not entirely sure that this is the reason.
