mono motor does not go from start to work

Good morning dear, I have a single phase kowasa 3/4 kb3 motor with centrifugal pump, which when connected turns slowly and without force. This happened from one moment to another and effortlessly, empty work or something like that. He only has a 20mf capacitor and according to a colleague he is in good health. The manufacturer put a warning on temperature protection and having dismantled it has no centrifugal plate or anything electronic or electromechanical both in the connection box and inside the housing. I guess it is that it does not go from start to work and I have no idea if the starter winding, which I think I have identified, is damaged or if there is any electronic component sealed in the field connection spaghetti. When connecting it to a test bench, if I force the turn, it raises at its apparently correct revolutions but has no force since I tried to use it this way by emergency and connected to the water intake, the same does not happen. As I do not know this type of engine, I hope I have recreated the problem as well as possible and that someone knows how to drive me to test it and find the fault. Thank you very much for your help. Pablo

Pablo, won't it be a bomb?

No ratonelect63. Thanks for comment
The system is at ground level. The issue is in the engine and I don't know what an electrical scheme of these types of engines is like to follow it. Note that I comment that the engine starts with manual help on the bench. Water would have nothing to do in this case and it is only an electrical problem.

Yes yes ... I completely agree with what I decided to take to the factory who make the replacement for $ 850, -
I regret not having more information about it for those interested in engines but as a user ... cost benefit determined that solution.

Technical diagnosis: gasket review, it showed engine flooding, so I suppose drip water was introduced by obsolesence sealed from thread to pipe, entering through a connection box and consequently winding corroding (so that the resin is a crap). Embrace everyone and thank you very much
