Voltage problems in the generator.

Hi, I have a 5.5kw 6500E gamma generator and the last time I used it (months ago) it was 240v. Today it is giving me 280v stable. I have changed the regulator and now it gives me 190v stable. What do you think can happen? Thank you

These voltage regulators, must have a voltage adjustment potentiometer, over there it graduates to the correct voltage.

If so, great! Is it a very small little screw in the back?
I have put back the old regulator and now I was giving 229v. In case I have taken it to a technician. He has increased the rpm (it was slightly low) and explained that when they have been unemployed for a long time (in this case 8 months) they can be "polarized" (no idea of the subject) and after a while they adjust. Otherwise it is perfect. Just put new nafa.
So now I will see the little screw and I will have to fight it with the seller. I wanted to upload a photo but I don't know how.
Thank you, I comment.
