Good ... It is not my intention to boycott this answer but I think it is not correct at all ..
That the motor puts 220/380 means that it can work with a three-phase voltage of both 230v and 380v, but making the corresponding Triangle / Star connection, because in triangle each winding supports the grid voltage and in star the voltage is applied between two windings, hence work at higher tension.
As for passing it to 220v single phase, normally, the rule of 50UF is applied for each HP or 70UF per KW.
You would have to connect it in a triangle and take into account that the power delivers around 2/3 since one branch of the winding is not powered ... The engine will run without problem .. I have converted several and never gave me problems ..
