Hi What you have to verify are the call lines of those two departments, sure they got the pairs wrong or those lines are short, if the rest works all right do not touch anything else. First you have to disconnect both buzzers, then you put a receiver line to one of the two, the other call must be free, if you hear the street on both lines it is because they are short.
