I have a computer armed for a few years and it just made me trouble. I recently took her with the technician because the audio didn't work. (Only the system audio could be heard but the sound coming from the music and the browser could not be heard). After taking it several times without success I had to look for my life on my own (partly because of grief because it was a favor that a political uncle was doing to me and partly out of frustration) so after a lot of research I ended up reinstalling windows keeping my files . The audio worked, it worked again, but the next day my desk was empty, the wallpaper cut off and when I enter my documents, my music is empty to my images. It seems that the computer was formatted but when I try to access any of the folders already mentioned with the "Everything" search engine, the following message appears It is also worth mentioning that I still have the same amount of GB available as before reinstalling the windows. The question here would be: what can I do to solve this piglet that I provoked?
