I have windows 10 64bits. It turns out that I turn on the PC and it appears as if it were a level in the upper left corner that says 100 and if I touch it with the mouse I do not let it deactivate it or move it or anything at all. Touching the numbers lowers the load and returns to 100 but I can't take it out, what is it? Does anyone know what can I do?

Hello! From what I see in your screenshot, it has a process (the second one seen in the list) that may be due to an audio failure or a virus, I leave the link I consulted. Luck!!! https://www.solvusoft.com/es/files/error-eliminaci%C3%B3n-virus/exe/windows/microsoft/msdn-disc-4407/installagent-exe/

by chance you will not have a key locked or some button that controls the volume up and down? What equipment you have is PC or notebook. if it is a notebook you could put the model and brand if it is a desktop pc, layers your keyboard has the function of volume up and down, see if it happens with another keyboard

This is the volume control, which is usually a combination of keys such as FN + F *, that is, some of the keyboard F ... which machine is because maybe you have some other volume control and bring buttons to manage the volume ..
