Hi, could you try to undo the driver again, then you go to devices and printers and select any printer from there you will see at the top properties of the print server once there a window will appear you click on the drivers tab and you can see if your printer is not right because you have removed the printer driver but if it has to be removed so you can reinstall you just click on remove and then give the second option I hope you help greetings

Hello Friends, something similar happened to me, I had a ticketera printer and when the win10 was updated I stopped printing, then I uninstalled only the update and everything went back to normal.
