Errors in my windows after a check with chkdsk

hello good night my question is the following, a week ago my pc gave the blue screen and after restarting it it gave me on a black screen that there was a startup error in my operating system, after many days of trying to find solutions, I decided to apply the chkdsk / r and it took me more than 2 hours to repair the bug, then then I started my xp and it started normal, but I started to see details, I have no sound, when opening pdf files it gives me a window to open with protected mode, I don't give the option to copy and paste some text with my mouse, can you please help me ..
