Hello, good morning, I am installing a Toshiba e-studio 280 printer on a computer with a professional Wisdows7 operating system, and apparently I am missing the IP address and I can't get it anywhere, if anyone can help me get it, the same printer I have it installed on another computer with Windows 10 and it works perfectly for me (apparently the same IP address does not work for both). greetings thank you

Hi, of course, I have a home network, and I do the following: I download the drivers since I don't have an installation disk and I download some universal ones since the Toshiba e-studio 280 does not appear, I do the installation and the printer is created, I print the test page and it gives me the following error, (I cannot contact the Toshiba universal printer 2 via network links)
