GOOD, the fact is that the Windows Update does not work either and I chose to format and update to Windows 10, but already booted the memory and selected in the BIOS, I try to update but the Windows 10 logo is frozen :(, I don't know what to do anymore, what do you recommend?

See if the mother has an inflated capacitor. And as indicated above .. format the disk on another pc. And if you use windows 10, you may even be able to install it on the other PC and then put the disk on the first one and it should recognize all the drivers.

You could install windows on that disk with your laptop with a sata usb adapter
