The problem occurs when trying to connect to the shared printer from a laptop with Windows 10 build 1809; which tells me a message on the screen that says: "A current policy on your computer prevents you from connecting to this print queue" and now I have problems from a Windows 7 computer I don't know how I can solve this problem. I was searching the Internet and the only solution that came out is that I have to format it. although I doubt if that is the solution. I would like to see if there is an alternative solution to this to correct the problem.
