I cannot configure network printer

I have an EPSON L210 printer, shared over the network from a Windows 7 computer. The problem occurs when trying to connect to the shared printer from a laptop with Windows 10 build 1809; which tells me a message on the screen that says: "A current policy on your computer prevents you from connecting to this print queue" and now I have problems from a Windows 7 computer I don't know how I can solve this problem. I was searching the Internet and the only solution that came out is that I have to format it. although I doubt if that is the solution. I would like to see if there is an alternative solution to this to correct the problem.

Hi Friend, the problem is in the Epson drivers Download this driver for Windows 10, it is the same file for Windows 7, in 32 and 64 bits. These were the ones that solved my problem (Epson514317eu.exe) https://www.epson.eu/support?productID=11797&os=28#drivers_and_manuals After installing and sharing as usual, it will take a while to verify the driver on the networked computer and may ask you if you install it. I hope it works for you.

It may be that either the firewall of one of the computers is not letting you access the printer or on the other hand there is a directive in Windows that does not allow network access to a computer that does not have a startup password, it can be disabled, Try if that is.

Access to shared resources from the computer where the printer that is windows 7 is installed, is disabled. You believe that if I enable shared access with password protection it is a better option and the problem is solved.

I would tell you that if you do not have "Access to shared resources" you will not share anything. If I remember correctly in Windows 7, there was even a yellow drop-down warning on the screen of networks and shared resources that warned you of this when trying to search for computers on the network ... however, try it and tell us.
