Dear friend of yoreparo I come to ask for your help I have a laptop dell inspiron 6000 as you will know this model is old this computer has windows XP sp2 the problem I have sche when opening the device manager this appears completely blank, since I have problems with the ethernet of this equipment and I cannot reinstall it, therefore the equipment cannot access the network. I know that with an ethernet to usb network adapter I solve the problem but there are other devices that I must reinstall and I would like to know if they can help me .. Thank you very much in advance
