you have to exhaust possibilities before assuming it is the MainBoard, as an example: have you tried another monitor? Are you using the VGA port of the motherboard? If so, try a graphics card or vice versa, it may be that the video chip is failing, it would also be good to make a memory scan with MemTest to see if the health status is good, if during this scan you skip an error will have to change

It seems a problem in the flexes that go from the Tcon card to the screen.
First try another monitor, if you do the same it is a graphics chip failure.
It can also be the monitor cable.
