hello ... you should wait until the process "diagnosing your pad" finishes .... we know it is tedious but Windows 10 has its whims .... neither should you wait forever ... there are times when it seems that the process was paralyzed ... but in reality is running some processes .... and it has happened to me several times .... in the last case if it does not respond ... turn off your computer wait a few minutes and turn on ... while it starts press repeatedly the function keys (depending on each brand of equipment) .... the keys could be: DELETE ..... or DEL ... or F1 ..... or F2 ..... or ESC , this is so that you can enter the BIOS SETUP of the computer ... once inside, look for the CONFIGURATION BY DEFAULT option to reset to its factory configuration .... then KEEP the changes and exit ... and restart the computer .
