After this I turn it off and when I turn it on does not turn on. THE ONLY WAY YOU WILL TURN ON AGAIN IS SACANDOLE THE MEMORY RAM AND CLEANING WITH A DRAWER AND THIS WORKS AFTER VARIOUS ATTEMPTS. My question is: does anyone know why this happens?

It happens because the slots are drawn from the power they need, either because they are dirty or the RAM is giving the latter. If you have more than one RAM, try turning on the computer with a single memory, some should work fine, if this happens, it means that some of the memories are damaged. You can also try changing the position of the slots, clean the slots too.
