Hello friends, I have a virus in my laptoc that creates a shortcut to every folder and hides all the information in some occasions deletes harmful. I've tried with the usbshow recover but the virus is still there. They would help me as unlimited root that virus without formatting since I have valuable information. Thank you

The virus starts with Windows. You must remove it from the automatic startup. Open the msconfig and go to the services tab, check the hide Windows services box and that is left untied the boxes. Then you go to the start tab and uncheck all the boxes.
